We've heard them all.

Do I need to be home when you detail my car? +
No — as long as we can access the car and a water tap, you don't need to be there. Many clients leave keys with us and come back to a clean car. Just let us know in the notes when booking.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept e-Transfer (preferred), cash, and major credit cards. Payment is due when the job is complete and you've done your walk-around inspection. No payment is taken until you're satisfied.
What happens if it rains on my booking day? +
We'll reach out the day before if rain is forecast. You can reschedule at no cost with 24 hours notice — no penalty, no hassle. Interior-only services can still go ahead in the rain. We'll always communicate with you before showing up.
Do I need to clean my car before you arrive? +
Absolutely not. That's literally what we're there for. The dirtier it is, the more satisfying the result. Just make sure loose valuables are removed from inside the vehicle.
Do I need to supply water? +
Yes — for mobile service at your address, we need access to an outdoor tap or hose bib. We bring all hoses and equipment. If you don't have outdoor water access, use our drop-off option at 7 Plains Rd W, Burlington where water is fully supplied by us.
How long does a full detail actually take? +
The Quick Lick (exterior only) takes 1–1.5 hrs. The Full Lick (interior + exterior) takes 3–4 hrs. Headlight restoration is 1–1.5 hrs. Larger vehicles like full-size trucks and vans take longer. We'll always give you a realistic time estimate when we confirm your booking.
What cities do you service? +
We currently service Burlington, Hamilton, Brantford, and Stoney Creek. We're based in Welland, ON and are expanding our service area as we grow. If your city isn't listed, shoot us a text — we may still be able to help depending on availability.
How do monthly subscriptions work? +
After your first booking, we'll reach out to set up your recurring schedule. You're billed monthly by e-Transfer or card. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You get priority scheduling — meaning if spots are limited, subscribers get first pick every time.
